Meet Nicole

Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m a wife, mom, startup Founder (my first baby, Hilo - CRM + Marketing Tool for Entrepreneurs), Human Design Coach & Gene Keys Guide, a former corporate girl at a Fortune 100 Company, and a business strategist. I affectionately refer to myself as a Type-A hippie. A free-spirit who can grow a business and meet a deadline.

My pendulum has been swinging from one end of this spectrum to the other for as long as I can remember. I’ve always loved systems, organization (hello, I created a CRM!) and I could spot inefficiencies from 30,000 feet. I was good at that. Really good. That’s why I did so well at my fancy corporate gig but, I’m also spiritual, creative, and introspective and that side of me couldn’t survive in that environment after 6 years. I didn’t know what to do. I thought that you had to be one way or the other.

I thought that the path was split and I had to choose - either go the way of process and ambition, or personal growth and peace. But I learned that the path doesn’t split, it widens to make room for all of these traits. They’re all assets, not liabilities and by figuring out how I could make them work together I found my superpower.

And now I teach female entrepreneurs how to unleash their inner badass so they can build the business and life of their dreams from the inside out. Together we put processes in place so they’re taking consistent action to achieve their goals, and we dive deep into cultivating a success mindset that amplifies every bit of action they take. The results? They become confident CEOs. They become leaders. And as a result, they can pass these skills onto their clients and team members to create confident leaders in their world. Growth all around.

Over the last 5 years, I’ve worked with thousands service-based entrepreneurs. While everyone comes from a different background, the problems they face are the same.

Do any of these sound familiar to you?

  • I never have enough time
  • I quit my job to have more time and financial freedom but I have neither
  • Social media doesn't work for me
  • I keep attracting the wrong clients (and ones who can't afford me)

This is your chance to leave these behind.

Jim Rohn said “If you really want to do something, you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find an excuse.”

So, if you really want the success you say you do, join me and I’ll give you the tools you need to kick all of these excuses to the curb once and for all.
